Thank you for shopping at School Bus Life! We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in new condition with original packaging.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
A Return Authorization Number (RAN) is required. Please contact us at schoolbuslifeonline@gmail.com before returning any item.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following:

Custom-made items (including personalized or made-to-order products).
Digital products (such as downloads, printable items, or digital planners).
Used or worn items (items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage not caused by shipping).

Damaged or Broken Items

If your item arrives damaged or broken due to transit, please contact us immediately at schoolbuslifeonline@gmail.com. Our shipments are insured through USPS, and we will assist you in filing a claim to receive compensation for the damaged item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
